Today did not feel like spring but everything else seems to say spring is here. The fish flags are up and the cherry blossoms are out. Japan is famous for cherry blossoms. The locals all get together with friends during this time of year and have picnics with their friends and family under the cherry blossoms. Most parks charge admission during this time of year but don't during the rest of the year.
