If you thought people in the US treated their dogs like children you obviously haven't been to Japan. Here is the sign from the park. Yes you read that right. You can't bring your dog to the park unless it is in a carrying bag. Yes "Pampered Pooches Only".
Do they make bags for dogs the size of Bentley? LOL
